Frank Willey
Divisional President – Data Asset Management
Frank manages Oceanos’ Data Asset Management division, which allows Oceanos clients to optimize their investments, ensuring risk mitigation, data diversification and cost certainty. As part of Oceanos’ strategic growth plan, Frank has spearheaded a series of unique and exclusive partnerships with a large portfolio of leading data providers. By implementing multiple master service agreements, Frank helps Oceanos clients maximize their return on investment. Prior to joining Oceanos in 2004, Frank served as Executive Director of the Old Colony YMCA. In this role, Frank played an integral role in operations, capital budgeting and revenue enhancement. He rose over $20 million to support the construction of three YMCA facilities. His ties to the investment community have provided Oceanos with the capital resources to support its fast-paced growth. Frank holds a Bachelor’s degree in political science from Temple University and a Master’s Degree in Economics from Boston University.
Life outside the office
When not at the Oceanos office, Frank enjoys pursuing his dream of being a beach bum at his home on Fieldston Beach. When warmer weather is required, he enjoys traveling to Hawaii and the Caribbean with his wife Jill and their two children, Reggie and Terasa. At home, as at the office, Frank is not afraid to go the extra mile; he has been known to dress up as Elmo, the Cookie Monster and Rudolph for the amusement of his children (and his co-workers).
