Brian P. Hession, President and Founder
Brian is a thought leader and innovator helping companies improve their demand generation and drive revenue. He advises internal teams and clients, ensuring the optimal application of data and technology to produce results. Under his leadership, Oceanos has held a market leader position for a decade earning numerous accolades from business and industry sources. Prior to Oceanos, Brian held a senior marketing operations position at Digitas.
Brian holds a degree from Bentley University and an MBA from Boston University Questrom School of Business with additional studies in Australia and Japan. He was honored with the Prodigy Award by the New England Direct Marketing Association (NEDMA) for his notable contribution to the direct marketing industry. Brian serves on the MOCCA Operations Board - the leading association for marketing operations professionals - in the role of Data and Information. An avid fitness enthusiast, Brian is the father of three boys - Eli, Brody, and Rowan.

Stephen Webster, Executive Director
Stephen leads the change management initiatives at Oceanos, enabling the business to continuously improve the alignment of people, processes, and product to deliver outstanding customer engagements and business results. This includes managing the company's cloud based technology solutions and strategic partnerships.
Stephen's accomplishments include successful engagements with eBay Enterprise, AccuData Integrated Marketing, Information Resources, Alteryx, and ADVO. He holds an MBA in Financial Management from Iona College.

Lindsay Fraser, Director of Strategy and Operations
Lindsay leads a team dedicated to the support and success of several key accounts. She advises clients on the optimal application of data and technology to produce results. She works with the senior team to on-board new clients and then advises them on the firm's data optimization principles. From an operational standpoint, she directly plans, executes and measures campaigns to ensure continued success. Lindsay holds a degree from Northeastern University and was a competitive figure skater for over twenty years.

Kris Matney, Director of Software Engineering
Kris directs all software-development efforts and helps to determine the architectural direction of Oceanos. Additionally, he designs human-intuitive workflows and interfaces aimed at accurately fulfilling user needs and preferences. Kris commands over 15 years of software development experience, all with leading-edge companies and technologies. Prior to joining Oceanos he held senior software engineering positions at Clean Harbors, TRC, and Accenture.

John Lutts, Director of Cloud Technology
John is the lead advocate and evangelist for all cloud products deployed at Oceanos. He acts as the chief architect of the cloud infrastructure, responsible for the technology direction, planning, design, and delivery of the platform. John has been a software developer for two decades with a wide range of experience in multiple industries. He has developed everything from healthcare data warehousing solutions to award winning commercial software. He is known for creating high quality, scalable solutions to business challenges.

Mike McSharry, Team Lead
As Team Leader at Oceanos, Mike manages a diverse set of accounts while overseeing day-to-day team operations to ensure seamless program execution and client satisfaction. He works directly with marketing and sales professionals from all industries to help enhance their data and identify new business opportunities within their target markets. With several years of project management under his belt, he communicates program goals effectively and always has the client's best interests in mind. He takes pride in being a trusted business partner and continuously strives to develop data strategies that result in a strong ROI. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communication from Stonehill College and prior to Oceanos, he was a consultant at MetLife. Outside of the office, Mike enjoys playing basketball, coaching football and spending time with his family.

Holly Walsh, Team Lead
In the team leader role Holly is responsible for managing a vast client portfolio providing strategic direction and program execution. She develops custom data recommendations based on program objectives, target audience and budget requirements to assist clients with their demand creation needs. This typically entails a balanced approach of contact acquisition, data cleanse and identifying competitive intelligence. Outside the office Holly enjoys spending her free time with her two young daughters.

Amanda O'Brien, Sr. Program Manager
Amanda helps clients improve their demand generation and sales efforts by implementing a data optimization framework focused on cleansing, completing and growing their contact data. Whether she's handling day-to-day communications, managing internal and external timelines, or reviewing data with a keen eye for quality, she's always guiding the client towards success. Amanda holds a B.A. in Communication Studies from Bridgewater State University and holds a certification from SiriusDecisions in Demand Creation Best Practices.
